RESERVATION

Reservations will be confirmed subject to the availability of your request and the receipt of a reservation deposit. A $300.00 deposit is required for the standard models, and a $600.00 deposit is required for all hot tub models. Visa/Mastercard, moneyorder, cheque, debit or cash will be accepted for the reservation deposit.

Telephone reservations without deposits will only be held 7 days pending receipt of deposit, however, if the reservation is made less than 60 days prior to boarding the reservation will not be held without a deposit.

No reservation will be made to persons under 21 years of age or to anyone without a valid drivers license.

FINAL PAYMENT

The balance of the charter fee is due and payable no later than 60 days prior to your departure. Please send a post dated cheque or allow authorization of your Visa/Mastercard payable 60 days prior to your departure at the time you make your reservation. The total amount is due and payable if a reservation is made within the 60 day period. Bluewater reserves the right to cancel your reservation if payment has not been received in full 60 days prior to departure.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival a security deposit of $1000 is required prior to boarding. This deposit is refundable providing there are no outstanding charges such as:

• Lost or damaged inventory items
• Damage to propeller
• Damage to houseboat
• Excessively unclean boats
• Late return
• Violation of Houseboating Regulations

Visa/Mastercard, money order, certified cheque, debit or cash will be accepted for the security deposit.

CANCELLATION

Should you be compelled to cancel your reservation, immediately send notification in writing. If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to boarding date and you have reserved either the Sportcruiser, Suncruiser, Pleasurecraft or Super Sport you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00. If you are cancelling the Luxury Cruiser, Marquis, Sunseeker, Liner 1 or Liner 11 you will be charged a $300.00 cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation less than 60 days prior to boarding date you will forfeit the full charter fee unless we can re-charter the boat. You will then receive a refund of the re-chartered value less the reservation deposit of $300.00 on the Sportcruiser, Suncruiser, Pleasurecraft and Super Sport models and $600.00 on the Luxury Cruiser, Marquis, Sunseeker, Liner 1 and Liner 11 models.
