RESERVATION
Reservations will be confirmed subject to the availability of your request and the receipt of a reservation deposit in the amount of $600.00.
Payment may be made by Visa/Mastercard/Amex or e-transfers.
Telephone reservations without deposits will only be held 7 days pending receipt of deposit, however, if the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to boarding the reservation will not be held without a deposit.
No reservation will be made to persons under 21 years of age or to anyone without a valid drivers license.
FINAL PAYMENT
The balance of the charter fee is due and payable no later than 90 days prior to your departure. The total amount is due and payable if a reservation is made within the 90 day period. Bluewater reserves the right to cancel your reservation if payment has not been received in full 90 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATION
Should you be compelled to cancel your reservation please notify us immediately. If the reservation is cancelled 90 days or more prior to boarding date there will be a $300.00 cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation less than 90 days prior to boarding date there will be a $600.00 cancellation fee and the remainder of the rental will be refunded only if the boat is re-booked. If the boat is re-booked you will then receive a refund of the re-booked value less the $600.00 cancellation fee.
